Plugins Overview¶
SarabFX is a collection of individual OFX plugins — buy just the ones you need, a curated bundle, or the complete all-products set. Each plugin is built on a shared GPU rendering core and appears under the SarabFX category in your host, grouped by function. Below is a one-line description of every plugin in the range.
Text & titling¶
- Sarabography — 3D text with procedural effects (thunder, electricity, and more) and full Unicode (including RTL) support.
- SarabTitler — GPU-accelerated titler with rich text animations (Metal on macOS, Vulkan on Windows/Linux).
Particles & simulation¶
- SarabFusion — Lua-scriptable particle system with emitters and physics.
- SarabFusionX — Next-generation particle system with Position-Based Dynamics (PBD) physics, running on GPU or CPU.
Drawing & shapes¶
- SarabShape — High-quality vector shape rendering, GPU-accelerated.
- SarabBrush — GPU brush engine with multiple brush types and editable
.sarabpathstrokes. - SarabBrush3D — Raymarched 3D brush with interactive camera, transform, and brush gizmos.
Motion graphics & playback¶
- SarabInator — Lottie animation player with text-layer control, color grading, transform gizmos, and loop optimization.
- SarabHyper — HTML5 / CSS / JS motion graphics, with a cross-engine frame cache for real-time playback.
Shaders¶
- SarabOrtex — 100% SkSL shader player with high Shadertoy/GLSL compatibility (continuously improving), a smart frame cache, and color grading.
Color¶
- SarabaLation — Filmic halation, GPU-accelerated, with built-in color-space handling (sRGB / Rec.709 / Rec.2020).
- SarabDream — Bloom / glow, GPU-accelerated, with frame caching.
Time¶
- SaraboDilation — Optical-flow retimer with scene detection for high-quality speed changes.
Keying, tracking & roto¶
- SarabKeyer — GPU chroma keyer with no external dependencies.
- SarabTracker — Planar / point tracker.
- SarabRoto — AI-assisted rotoscoping and matte generation.
3D & volumetric¶
- SarabSplatter4D — Gaussian-splat / 4D scene renderer, with an iOS capture companion and a desktop training/capture workflow.
Shared features¶
Across the suite, many plugins share the same capabilities:
- GPU rendering via Metal (macOS) / Vulkan (Windows/Linux) for real-time performance.
- Interactive viewport overlays — transform, camera, and brush gizmos with correct render-scale handling.
- Color grading — gamma, exposure, saturation, contrast, and color tint on supported plugins.
- Frame caching — optional memory/disk/hybrid cache for smooth looped playback.
- Lua scripting — override parameters at render time on scriptable plugins.
